Cereals or Porridge
Followed by either a Traditional Full Scottish Breakfast including a choice from Eggs (fried, scrambled or boiled), Sausage (Pork, Steak or Venison), Bacon, Black or White Pudding, Haggis, Tomato, Mushrooms, Baked Beans, Fried Bread, Potato Scone or Soda Scone.
A choice of lighter options including Omelettes, Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon or just Eggs on Toast.
Served with toasted home made bread, various Preserves and Tea, Coffee or Decaffeinated Coffee.
